Oak Oven in Harahan, Louisiana
Oak Oven is a foodie delight! Located in a samll, cozy building that was formerly a Popeye's restaurant (although with the updates and decor choices, they have done a good job of changing the atmosphere), you are guaranteed an intimate Italian inspired dinner.

 GelatoFor dessert, we sampled a couple of the gelatos from the menu. The cafe au lait (on the right) was rich and sweet, and the mint chocolate combination was light and refreshing. Tasty treats to end the evening! |
